Buttermilk marinated airfryer chicken

Buttermilk and airfryer obsessions in one recipe with a delicious result! Here’s a short description:

  1. In a resealable bag add the chicken strips with salt and pepper and buttermilk to cover them. Let it in the fridge for 30 min and up to two hours.
  2. Prepare a little “schnitzel” station: flour, beaten egg with salt in it and panko with salt, pepper, paprika and optional parmezan.
  3. Dry the meat on paper sheets.
  4. Then pass it in this order through flour, egg, panko.
  5. Place in an airfryer, spray some oil on it and fry at 200 C for 15 min.
  6. And ready to be served next to some coleslaw: in the grated cabbage, apple and carrots add a mixture or mayo + sour cream + mustard + lemon juice + sugar.
