Here is a super quick recipe idea, in case you are flooded with pears this autumn: baked airfryer muffins with agave syrup and walnuts.
Mix some agave syrup with a dust of freshly ground nutmeg and a dust of cinnamon.
Brush them over your halved pears, that you took out the seeds of. It is optional if you peel the skin or not.
Drop some chopped walnuts in the middle.
Bake in the airfryer at 170-180 C for 10-15 min or until they are as soft as you desire.
They are great both cold and hot.
