Buttermilk and airfryer obsessions in one recipe with a delicious result! Here’s a short description:
- In a resealable bag add the chicken strips with salt and pepper and buttermilk to cover them. Let it in the fridge for 30 min and up to two hours.
- Prepare a little “schnitzel” station: flour, beaten egg with salt in it and panko with salt, pepper, paprika and optional parmezan.
- Dry the meat on paper sheets.
- Then pass it in this order through flour, egg, panko.
- Place in an airfryer, spray some oil on it and fry at 200 C for 15 min.
- And ready to be served next to some coleslaw: in the grated cabbage, apple and carrots add a mixture or mayo + sour cream + mustard + lemon juice + sugar.
