From the buttermilk series, these muffins are the best surprise for me: I needed a bit of courage to make them so simple, but the result was so delicate, fresh and beautifully delicious.
Buttermilk simple muffins

Temperature time airfryer: 4 min at 200 C, 11 min at 165 C
Ingredients
- 35 g of room temperature butter
- 30 g of white sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g of buttermilk
- 180 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions
- Mix the 35 g of room temperature butter with 30 g of sugar. It seems little, but they are just perfect like that. And you can serve them with jam, if you want later on ;).
- Mix in the 1 egg and 200 g of buttermilk.
- Add the 18o g of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Mix until it combines in a smooth dough.
- Scoop the dough into 6 muffin shapes.
- Bake in the airfryer for 4 min at 200 C and then for 11 min at 165 C.
- They are just perfect! Serve them simple, with butter or jam.
