Tahini cranberries oat balls

My aim in creating these balls was to have a snack rich in fiber and less processed sugars. I really like the combo with tahini paste, though you could also use peanut butter instead. Here is how I make them:

Servings: 15 balls
Preparation time: 15 min
Difficulty
: easy

Ingredients

  • 170 grams of oat flakes
  • 50 grams of tahini
  • 20 grams of agave or maple syrup
  • 70 grams of dried cranberries
  • 60-70 grams of oat milk

Directions

  1. First, blend the oats until they become of fine powder.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients: 50 grams of tahini, 20 grams of agave syrup, 70 grams of dried cranberries and 60-70 grams of oat milk.
  3. Pulse a few times until the cranberries have your desired size.
  4. Roll them into small balls, you can use a bit of water on your hands for a smoother outside.
  5. Let them combine in the fridge overnight.
  6. Ready to enjoy next to your coffee or tea.
