Pear jam with cloves

This is a quick recipe on how to make a delicious flavorful pear jam with cloves, it can be made from whatever quantity of pears you have. I used:

Ingredients

  • 550 g of chopped pears with skin on
  • 160 grams of sugar (so 30% sugar)
  • 2 cloves
  • juice from 1 lemon

Directions

Chop the pears, add the sugar and lemon and slowly bring to a boil. Then add the cloves and simmer for 1 hour.

Add it to sterilized jars and it is ready to enjoy!
