I came up with these muffins in days when I crave some pastry, but don’t want to mess up my blood sugar level completely with something super sweet. These muffins are slightly healthier because they contain integral flour and no added sugar. They taste nutty and banana-y and I really love them.
No sugar banana muffins

Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 20 g of sunflower oil
- 80 g of milk (I used oat milk)
- 140 g of integral flour
- baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 25 g of pecans or to taste
Directions
- Mash the banana.
- Add the egg, 20 g sunflower oil and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Add the pecans.
- Add the 80 g of milk, 140 g of integral flour, baking powder and mix until they are well combined.
- Scoop in 6 muffin shapes and bake in the airfryer for 13 min at 160 C. If you use normal oven increase the temperature by 20 degrees and bake for 3-5 more min.
