This Camembert sandwich is for those days when you need a quick breakfast, but with a hint of fanciness. It is a lovely combo with pear, they somehow complement well for me. Besides, it has quite some proteins and there’s always place in my life for some melted cheese.
- mustard (really optional and only if you have a light one)
- butter for frying
The rest is easy: you spread a bit of mustard, if you like mustard. If not, skip it. Add in layers the Camembert, ham, pear.
Fry it in a buttered pan with a lid on on both sides, so that the cheese can melt.
And ready, enjoy it!
