Chickpeas cocoa balls

This is a quick recipe idea for the days when you have cravings for something sweet, but don’t want to have something unhealthy or very caloric.

It is a nice vegan and raw recipe that uses (shockingly) chickpeas as base. I peel the skin from the chickpeas, add them to a blender with a few dates to taste, two tablespoons of your favorite nut butter and 1 tablespoon of cocoa.

Blend them and here you have it! Roll it into balls and then you can refrigerate them as is. Or roll them through coconut flakes, cocoa or even melted chocolate.
