How I eat buckwheat

First of all, how to prepare the buckwheat: my preferred way is the recipe from a Russian friend. So simple, clean, easy, fast and low effort – to a big box add 1 cup of washed buckwheat, salt to taste and 1 cup of boiled water. Cover it and let it rest 1 hour, up to 2-3 hours. And ready!

  1. Buckwheat with chicken tikka. I use my airfryer recipe for the chicken tikka: m

    arinate the chicken with yogurt, salt, garam masala, kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, ground cumin, grated garlic and ginger. Let it wait for min 30 min. Then bake at 200C for 13 min. Add some veggies such as cucumbers, or beetroot, or green salad and shaved carrots with lemon:

  3. Lunch box with buckwheat, green salad, feta cheese and egg:
  4. Buckwheat with marinated chicken: marinate the chicken in salty water (you can also add some paprika) in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Cut wedges into it and slide inside some tomatoes and cheese. Place it on a bed of peppers or can be potatoes too, sprinkle olive oil and dried oregano or basil and bake at 220 C for 30 min.
