Quick shrimp salad with cous-cous and avocado

It’s pretty clear that I’ve been lazy to cook anything new lately. So no surprise that my first recipe in 4 months is a quick one.

But even so, pretty delicious.

Ingredients for one portion

  • 60 g of couscous mixed with some garlic powder
  • 6-10 shrimps
  • half an avocado
  • green salad
  • olive oil to taste
  • sesame seeds

Directions

  1. I cooked the cous-cous as indicated in the instructions, and added some powder garlic in the water too.
  2. Cook a bit the shrimps . I usually by mine peeled and pre-boiled.
  3. Add in some green salad of your choice, half an avocado, sprinkle olive oil to taste and sesame seeds. And it is ready, warm, healthy and delicious.
