This recipe is an inspiration I saw on Instagram (can’t find the link anymore) from a girl who called them iron bites. Every ingredient in this recipe contains iron, however it is non-heme iron, so it won’t absorb fully. The whole baton has 11 g of iron. It is not bad, but I made it for how tasty it looked to me and the fact that I love every ingredient in it.
